Samantha has more than 20 years experience in the corporate and consulting environments within the L&D, HR and OD fields. Some key achievements include, Design and implementation of a highly successful leadership and cultural transformation agenda for a top tier commercial law firm. Samantha was also the Co-creator of the Future of Work: People, Place, Technology Conference. She has extensive HR and L&D corporate experience through leadership roles at leading law firms including Clayton Utz, Minter Ellison, King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills. In addition, consulting to many industries including JP Morgan Singapore/Hong Kong, Myer, Dibbs Abbott Stillman, Mills Oakley, Varian, St. George Bank, Olex, Vision Australian and Department of Sustainability & Environment.

Samantha’s purpose is to help organisations, educational institutions and cross-industry collaborations to transform the paradigm of organisational life toward individual and collective enrichment and growth.
